The private unveiling of the sculpture, The Jade Book, took place on March 3, 2004 at the Inlet Theatre in Port Moody, B.C. On March 4, 2004, students from Gleneagle Secondary and Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary attended the first public presentations and exhibition along with the general public.                                                                                

Since March 2004, we, the sculptor of The Jade Book and the author of the printed companion book The Jade Book: A Stone of Hope, have travelled with the sculpture.
